Medical tubing, wires, guide wires, catheters and assemblies need to be kept straight, clean, and organized. Straight Pack System™ trays and covers prevent nicks, kinks, damage and contamination, that may occur during storage or handling.
These trays and covers are made of premium medical grade thermoformed PETG plastic that is strong, durable, and easy to maintain, so your Straight Packs™ will provide years of effective protection and practical “see through” convenience.
Straight Pack™ is available in popular inside lengths of 39” and 76 ½” featuring the standard full ribbed bottom design. Other sizes are available from 16 ½” to 76 ½” with full ribbed bottom or they can be ordered with one or more “flat bottom” sections or even custom features to meet your needs. Let us know your length and special requirements and we will design a tray to do the job.
Trays are molded in two to ten segments, each about 7.5" long. Each segment can be ordered with the standard 17 channel ribbed bottom or flat bottom design. Just select an inside length from the nine choices shown below and design your own tray by placing an "F" for flat bottomed or "R" for ribbed bottomed on each section of your length on the chart below. Sizes are grouped for pricing. Covers are included.
Minimum order is 25 tray and cover sets.
Trays are sold with covers included and are packaged in multiples of five per carton, sold in full cartons only. Your custom selections will be made to order and shipped usually within three to four weeks.
