Custom Medical Product
Minntech Corporation develops, manufactures and markets medical devices, antimicrobials (including sterilants and high level disinfectants), detergents and water purification products. Minntech products are used in kidney dialysis, open-heart surgery, endoscope reprocessing, and in the preparation and filtration of pure water for medical, industrial and laboratory use. Minntech was founded in 1974 and employs approximately 400 people.
LINDAR began working with Minntech in 2007 to transform the appearance and durability of their most-advanced endoscope reprocessing unit, the "ADVANTAGE™", by thermoforming key components from the engineered plastic compound Kydex®. The ADVANTAGE unit is computer-based and a fully automated system featuring dual reprocessing basins for high-volume, quick endoscope turnaround.
Thirteen separate components were created that make up all outer surfaces of the unit as well as the critically manufactured basins where the high level disinfection takes place. LINDAR exceeded the demand of forming accuracy and aesthetic quality that was critical to the success of this project. The LINDAR sales and engineering teams invested time in the beginning of product development to learn the needs of the customer and product--then refined the design and function of the components to exceed the customers' expectations.
Transforming the unit from fiberglass to Kydex eliminated several complications for Minntech, including: limited product rate, supply chain issues, cost effectiveness and overall quality.

Introducing Item #204 & #214 4ct Muffin/Cupcake Container
Our traditional cell 4 count cupcake container has a LINDAR innovation for getting packaging out of the way. Our slopped opening moves the snap closure of the cupcake container below the product. We have also removed the ribs from the front of the container to show off your cupcakes and muffins. We have made an area to place a pricing and ingredient label on the bottom of the muffin container without the crumbs getting caught to the adhesive on the label. We also have our freshness seal built into our cupcake container to keep the cupcakes and muffins fresher longer.
